Diese Bedingungen regeln die Nutzung der XTAN-Website, Plattform, Kundenportale, Anwendungen und zugehörigen Dienste von XTAN LIMITED.

Sie müssen korrekte Angaben machen, Zugangsdaten schützen und unbefugten Kontozugriff verhindern.
3. Dienstleistungen
Features may include bookings, customer accounts, memberships, passes, balances, payments, POS, kiosks, reporting and XTAN’s proprietary sunbed-control system. Bed-control functionality depends on the installed and supported tanning equipment.
4. Preise und Zahlungen
Preise, Produkte, Rechnungen und Währungen werden vor der Zahlung angezeigt. Zahlungen können von Dojo oder einem anderen autorisierten Anbieter verarbeitet werden. Eine Zahlung ist erst nach erfolgreicher Bestätigung abgeschlossen.
5. Pässe und Mitgliedschaften
Passes, prepaid minutes, packages and memberships may have activation dates, expiry dates, usage rules, location restrictions and non-transferability conditions shown at purchase.
6. Erstattungen und Stornierungen
The Erstattungs- & Stornierungsrichtlinie forms part of these terms. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Zulässige Nutzung
You must not access another person’s account, evade payment, manipulate balances, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or disrupt the service.
8. Haftung
We do not exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses, third-party failures outside our reasonable control or losses caused by misuse.
9. Sperrung
Access may be suspended for non-payment, serious breach, security reasons, legal compliance or protection of customers and systems.
10. Anwendbares Recht
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections.
