Niniejszy Regulamin reguluje korzystanie ze strony XTAN, platformy, portali klientów, aplikacji i powiązanych usług dostarczanych przez XTAN LIMITED, działającą jako XTAN.
2. Konta
Musisz podawać prawidłowe informacje, chronić dane logowania i nie dopuszczać do nieautoryzowanego dostępu do konta.
3. Usługi
Features may include bookings, customer accounts, memberships, passes, balances, payments, POS, kiosks, reporting and XTAN’s proprietary sunbed-control system. Bed-control functionality depends on the installed and supported tanning equipment.
4. Ceny i płatności
Ceny, produkty, faktury i waluty są pokazane przed płatnością. Płatności mogą być przetwarzane przez Dojo lub innego autoryzowanego operatora. Płatność jest zakończona dopiero po poprawnym potwierdzeniu.
5. Karnety i członkostwa
Passes, prepaid minutes, packages and memberships may have activation dates, expiry dates, usage rules, location restrictions and non-transferability conditions shown at purchase.
6. Zwroty i anulowania
The Polityka zwrotów i anulowania forms part of these terms. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Dozwolone użytkowanie
You must not access another person’s account, evade payment, manipulate balances, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or disrupt the service.
8. Odpowiedzialność
We do not exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses, third-party failures outside our reasonable control or losses caused by misuse.
9. Zawieszenie
Access may be suspended for non-payment, serious breach, security reasons, legal compliance or protection of customers and systems.
10. Prawo właściwe
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections.
