I presenti termini regolano l’uso del sito XTAN, piattaforma, portali clienti, applicazioni e servizi correlati forniti da XTAN LIMITED.
2. Account
Devi fornire informazioni accurate, proteggere le credenziali e impedire accessi non autorizzati al tuo account.
3. Servizi
Features may include bookings, customer accounts, memberships, passes, balances, payments, POS, kiosks, reporting and XTAN’s proprietary sunbed-control system. Bed-control functionality depends on the installed and supported tanning equipment.
4. Prezzi e pagamenti
Prezzi, prodotti, fatture e valute sono mostrati prima del pagamento. I pagamenti possono essere elaborati da Dojo o altro provider autorizzato. Il pagamento è completato solo dopo conferma riuscita.
5. Pass e abbonamenti
Passes, prepaid minutes, packages and memberships may have activation dates, expiry dates, usage rules, location restrictions and non-transferability conditions shown at purchase.
6. Rimborsi e cancellazioni
The Politica di rimborso e cancellazione forms part of these terms. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Uso consentito
You must not access another person’s account, evade payment, manipulate balances, introduce malicious code, interfere with security or disrupt the service.
8. Responsabilità
We do not exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for unforeseeable losses, third-party failures outside our reasonable control or losses caused by misuse.
9. Sospensione
Access may be suspended for non-payment, serious breach, security reasons, legal compliance or protection of customers and systems.
10. Legge applicabile
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections.
