XTAN LIMITED, handelnd als XTAN, bietet Studio-Management-Software, Websites, Kundenportale, mobile Apps, Buchungen, Mitgliedschaften, Pässe, Zahlungen und zugehörigen Support.
Wenn Studios XTAN zur Verwaltung eigener Kunden nutzen, kann das Studio Verantwortlicher sein und XTAN als Auftragsverarbeiter nach dessen Weisungen handeln.
2. Information we collect
- Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer und Kontodaten.
- Informationen zu Buchungen, Mitgliedschaften, Pässen, Guthaben und Bräunungssitzungen.
- Transaktionsdaten wie Betrag, Währung, Status, Datum und Zahlungsreferenz.
- Technische Informationen einschließlich IP-Adresse, Browser, Gerät und Sicherheitsprotokolle.
- Nachrichten und Supportanfragen.
3. Card payments
Card payments may be processed by Dojo or another authorised payment provider. Card details are entered into the provider’s secure payment environment. XTAN does not intentionally store full card numbers or card security codes on its own servers.

Depending on the activity, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent.
6. Sharing information
We may share information where necessary with salons using XTAN, payment processors, hosting providers, communications providers, professional advisers, regulators and public authorities. We do not sell personal information.
The public XTAN website uses Google Maps Platform and Places API to display map content and Google reviews. Google may process technical information under the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps Terms.
7. Data retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for service delivery, security, support, fraud prevention and legal, tax or accounting obligations.

Wir setzen angemessene technische und organisatorische Schutzmaßnahmen ein. Kein Online-Dienst kann absolute Sicherheit garantieren.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, request portability and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
10. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies may be used for login, security and core website functionality. Where Google Analytics is enabled, analytics is loaded only after the visitor gives permission through the website consent control. Visitors can decline analytics without losing access to the public website.
